摘 要:建筑工程施工受环境、技术、材料等因素影响,施工质量仍有待提高,渗水漏水问题尤为严重。当地下室结构出现渗水漏水问题时,将影响建筑工程寿命和使用功能,以及业主的居住体验。文章分析了建筑工程地下室常见渗漏部位,从前期准备、裂缝控制、施工缝设置、防水卷材铺设、后浇带防水作业、预埋套管防渗作业角度出发,阐述地下室防渗漏施工要点,并探讨建筑工程地下室防渗漏施工优化策略。旨在有效防治渗漏问题,提升建筑工程防水施工质量。The construction of building engineering is affected by factors such as environment,technology and materials,the construction quality still needs to be improved,and the problem of water seepage and leakage is particularly serious.When there is water seepage and leakage in the basement structure,it will affect the lifespan and functionality of the building engineering,as well as the living experience of the owner.This paper analyzes the common seepage and leakage parts in the basement of building engineering.From the perspective of preliminary preparation,crack control,construction joint setting,waterproofing sheet membrane laying,post-cast strip waterproofing operation and embedded casing anti-seepage operation,it expounds the key points of basement anti-seepage and anti-leakage construction,and discusses the optimization strategy of basement anti-seepage and anti-leakage construction in building engineering.The aim is to effectively prevent seepage and leakage and improve the quality of waterproofing construction of building engineering.
