摘  要:珠海市为西江下游滨海城市,文章对珠海金湾东咀片区近年来遭遇内涝灾害问题的成因展开了分析,提出了“完善系统、高水高排、低水低排、自排为主、泵排为辅、蓄水利用”的内涝治理思路。依据思路提出现状管渠病害修复、新建雨水管渠系统、新建截洪沟系统等工程方案措施,采用Infoworks ICM数学模型复核工程方案,有效解决了该区域的内涝问题,可以为滨海城市山丘地区防洪排涝体系建设提供参考。Zhuhai is a coastal city in the lower reaches of Xijiang River.This paper analyzes the causes of waterlogging disasters in Dongzui area,Jinwan district,Zhuhai in recent years,and puts forward the waterlogging treatment idea of"perfect system,high water and high discharge,low water and low discharge,self-discharge as the main,pump discharge as the auxiliary,water storage for utilization".According to the idea,the engineering scheme measures such as the repair of the current pipe and canal disease,the newly-built rainwater pipe and canal system and the newly-built flood interception ditch system are put forward.The Infoworks ICM mathematical model is used to review the engineering scheme,which effectively solves the waterlogging problem in the region.It can provide reference for the construction of flood control and drainage system in hilly areas of coastal cities.
