摘 要:目前,调频死区对于风储联合调频的影响机理尚不明确,且风储最优调频死区参数难以获得。为此,对考虑一次调频死区的风储联合调频进行机理分析并提出最优的死区参数设置方案。首先,依据风电机组与电池储能的不同调频特性确定对应的死区模型,建立考虑风储一次调频死区的频率响应模型。其次,分析调频死区内外不同特征以及风储不同投入阶段对动态频率的影响,进而分段解析求解最大频率偏差时域表达式。然后,为兼顾调频效果与调频经济性,提出基于改进多目标粒子群(improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization,IMOPSO)算法的调频死区参数寻优方法。最后,仿真验证了将风储一次调频死区参数分别设置为0.0579 Hz和0.0386 Hz时所提方法的有效性。At present,the influence mechanism of the frequency regulation dead zone on wind-storage joint frequency regulation is not clear.Also it is difficult to obtain the optimal frequency regulation dead zone parameters of the wind storage.Thus this paper analyzes the mechanism of wind-storage combined frequency regulation considering the dead zone of primary frequency regulation,and proposes an optimal dead zone parameter setting scheme.First,from the different frequency regulation characteristics of wind turbines and battery energy storage,a corresponding dead zone model is established,and a frequency response model considering the dead zone of primary frequency regulation of wind storage is established.Second,the influence of different characteristics inside and outside the frequency regulation dead zone and different input stages of wind storage on the dynamic frequency are analyzed,and then the time-domain expression of the maximum frequency deviation is determined segmentally.Then,to take into account both the effect and economy of frequency regulation,an optimization method of frequency regulation dead zone parameters based on the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization(IMOPSO)algorithm is proposed.Finally,a simulation verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method when the dead zone parameters of primary frequency regulation of wind storage are set to 0.0579 Hz and 0.0386 Hz respectively.This work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.52377111).
