摘　　要：为了因地制宜地充分利用地铁车站配线上方剩余空间进行开发利用,给乘客带来便利、反哺地铁建设成本,在TOD背景下,结合工程案例进行分析,论述了地铁车站配线上方剩余空间的形成原因及空间特点,进而对几种典型的剩余空间开发利用模式进行分析与探讨,为后续类似工程提供参考与借鉴.Making full use of the remaining space above the sidings in subway station according to local conditions for commercial utilization can bringing convenience to passengers,achieve certain economic benefits,and feed back the cost of subway construction.In the background of TOD and combined with engineering cases,this article discusses the reasons for the formation and spatial characteristics of the remaining space above the sidings in subway station,and then analyzes and explores several typical commercial utilization models of the remaining space,provides references for similar projects in the future.
