摘　　要：在有线电视固网宽带业务的运维实践中,科学合理地总结分析故障成因,是后续采取针对性措施加以应对的基础,为此本文通过实际工作中对故障成因的梳理,总结出能够应用于实际的故障成因分类及界定标准,为持续优化整体固网宽带运维体系提供一定的支撑依据。In the operation and maintenance practice of fixed network broadband services,a scientific and reasonable summary and analysis of the causes of faults is the basis for taking targeted measures to address them in the future.Therefore,this article summarizes the classification and definition standards of fault causes that can be applied in practical work,providing effective support for continuously optimizing the overall fixed network broadband operation and maintenance system.
