摘　　要：本文对贵州省建设IPTV视听节目监管平台的实际情况进行阐述,梳理总结监管平台各业务板块的具体功能、整体架构设计以及部署实施方案。依托计算机先进技术和云计算技术搭建的智能监管系统,实现IPTV视听节目内容和传输质量的实时监管,准确、详实记录异态数据,及时发现节目违规播出情况。This article elaborates on the actual situation of constructing an IPTV audio-visual program supervision platform in Guizhou Province,summarizes the specific functions,overall architecture design,and deployment implementation plans of each business segment of the supervision platform.Relying on the intelligent supervision system built by advanced computer technology and cloud computing technology,we can realize realtime supervision of the content and transmission quality of IPTV audio-visual programs,accurately and comprehensively record heterogeneous data,and timely discover illegal broadcasting of programs.
