摘 要:当前工程地质勘察主要使用XY系列立轴钻机,在偏远、交通不便和地表环境复杂地区开展作业时往往搬迁困难,费时费力。与立轴钻机相比,便携式钻机既考虑了轻便化,又保证了足够的给进行程,近十年来备受关注,成为众多勘察单位的意向机型。便携式钻机在坚硬完整的地层中的施工效率较高,但在近地表第四纪覆盖层中,由于地层缩径、卡钻现象频繁,往往存在扭矩不足、处理事故能力不足等问题。本文针对便携式钻机应用在覆盖层钻探中的适应性问题,采用模块化设计方法,对便携式钻机进行改型设计。通过改进动力头结构、在孔口增设搓管机等方式,新型便携式钻机具备了振动钻进和跟管钻进功能,用于第四纪松散覆盖层等复杂地层取心钻进的能力大幅提升。Currently,the XY series spindle drills are used for engineering geological survey as the main drilling machine,which is often difficult to relocate and time-consuming when operating in remote,inconvenient transportation and complex surface environments.In comparison with spindle drills,portable drills not only considers the portability but also ensures sufficient feeding stroke.In the past decade,they have attracted much attention and have become the preferred model for many geological survey units.Portable drills can achieve high economic benefits when applied to hard and complete formations.However,in near surface Quaternary overburden,portable drills often have problems such as insufficient torque and ability to deal with accidents due to frequent formation shrinkage and sticking.This paper focuses on the adaptability of portable drills in overburden drilling,and adopts a modular design to modify the design of portable drills.By improving the structure of power head and adding a casing oscillator at borehole opening,new portable drill has the functions of vibration drilling and drilling with simultaneous casing,greatly improving its coring drilling ability in complex formations such as Quaternary loose overburden.
