摘 要:在定向井或水平井开发深层盐下油气资源时,套管柱在盐膏层的造斜段中受非均匀外挤载荷、井眼弯曲载荷及高温综合效应影响下易发生失效,严重影响井筒管柱完整性和生产安全。文章基于非均匀载荷下套管抗挤强度计算模型,引入井眼弯曲载荷和高温效应对套管屈服强度折减影响,建立了超深高温弯曲井眼套管抗挤强度评价模型,用以评价超深井中套管柱在盐膏层造斜段的抗挤强度可靠性。结果表明:井下套管剩余抗挤强度系数随套管外挤力非均匀系数增加呈近似抛物线型降低,随井眼曲率和井筒温度升高呈近似线性降低;套管外径和壁厚越大,井眼曲率和井筒温度对其抗挤强度折减越明显,而非均匀外挤载荷对三种规格套管抗挤强度影响相当。该研究成果在某盐膏层斜井中进行了现场应用,很好指导了该井套管的选型,并为同井型的套管实际抗挤强度评价及套管选型提供了技术支撑。When developing deep pre-salt oil and gas resources in directional wells or horizontal wells,the casing string in deflecting interval of salt layer is prone to failure due to the comprehensive influences of non-uniform external pressure,borehole bending and high temperature,which seriously affects wellbore integrity and safety.In order to reliably evaluate the anti-collapse strength of downhole casing string,based on non-uniform casing anti-collapse strength model and considering the reduction effect of borehole bending and high temperature on casing yield strength,the casing anti-collapse strength model for ultra-deep HT curved well has been established.The effects of key parameters on the residual anti-collapse strength coefficient of casing has been studied,and a case study of casing selection was carried out for a deep salt-paste directional well.The results show that the residual anti-collapse strength coefficient of downhole casing decreases approximately in a parabolic shape with the increase of non-uniform coefficient of casing external pressure,and decreases approximately linearly with the increase of wellbore curvature and wellbore temperature.The larger the outer diameter and wall thickness of the casing,the more obvious the casing anti-collapse strength decreases,while the influence of non-uniform external pressure on the casing anti-collapse strength is similar.The research results provide technical supports for evaluating the anti-collapse strength of downhole casing and designing casing in deep wells.
