摘 要:川中地区磨溪—龙女寺区块是地质特征复杂的古老深层碳酸盐岩气藏,地质构造复杂、纵向上多压力系统,深部地层可钻性差、研磨性强。钻井过程中,常常面临井壁易失稳、安全密度窗口窄、固井质量差、机械钻速低等技术挑战,导致作业风险大、周期长、成本高。针对上述问题,文章结合长期钻井实践、钻井工程技术难点,基于地质工程一体化的基础上,优化了井身结构,开展了复杂地层堵漏与精细控压钻井技术的研究,完善了全过程固井工艺,形成了分开次、分地层的钻井提速提效模板。通过该模板的应用,将被动钻遇复杂、解决复杂变为主动预防和控制复杂,同时应用多工艺协同强化模板,有效降低了井下复杂、提高机械钻速,显著缩短钻井周期。该技术的推广应用有利于在大型油气田钻井中化被动处理复杂为主动预防、化解井下复杂,尤其是深井超深井钻井工程中,更有使用价值。Moxi-longnusi block in central Sichuan Province is an ancient deep carbonate gas reservoir with complex geological characteristics,complex vertical multi-pressure system,poor drillability and strong abrasiveness in deep strata.In the process of drilling,it is often faced with technical challenges such as easy instability of the well wall,narrow safety density window,poor cementing quality,and low ROP,resulting in high operational risks,long cycles,and high costs.In view of the above problems,combined with the long-term drilling practice,the technical difficulties of drilling engineering are analyzed,and on the basis of the integration of geology and engineering,the well casing structure is optimized,the research on the leakage plugging and precise pressure control drilling technology of complex formations is carried out,the whole process cementing technology is improved,and the drilling speed and efficiency improvement template of different sections and formations is formed.The promotion of this technology template has greatly increased the ROP,effectively reduced downhole problems such as downhole leakage and overflow,and significantly shortened the drilling cycle.The development of oil and gas resources in deep carbonate formations provides an important technical reference.
