摘  要:文章开发了一种新型的基于数传电台、4G+VPN传输模式的固井无线监测与智能决策系统,其采集器选用MSP430F1611为控制器,以AD7794对传感器数据进行解算、融合,负责本地压力、密度、排量实时数据的采集和无线发送;无线接收器负责采集器无线信号的接收;计算机负责监测软件运行、数据存储、数据传输、决策分析等。图像化显示固井实时施工数据、仿真模拟浆柱运移过程;实时数据具备在Web端与手机APP端同步展示功能,可同时监测4路压力、4路排量、4路密度。现场结果表明:固井无线监测硬件系统传输距离达1000 m,穿透性强,数据丢包率由WIFI模式的10%降至0;流量、压力监测误差均小于1%;监测中断恢复率100%,远程传输成功率100%。建立的固井实时决策分析系统,实现了固井作业浆柱运移过程可视化,能实时计算固井井口压力、环空ECD动态参数,判断井下漏失、溢流等复杂情况,变固井复杂由事后诊断向事前预警,实现了决策分析智能化。In this paper,a new type of cementing wireless monitoring and intelligent decision making system based on data transmission radio and 4G+VPN transmission mode is developed.The collector uses MSP430F1611 as the controller,and uses the AD7794 to solve and fuse the sensor data,which is responsible for the collection and wireless transmission of real-time data of local pressure,density and displacement,the wireless receiver is responsible for the reception of the wireless signal of the collector,and the computer is responsible for monitoring the operation of the software,data storage,data transmission,decision analysis,etc.The real-time data of cementing is displayed visually,and the real-time data is displayed synchronously on the web and mobile APP,which can monitor the pressure,displacement and density of 4 channels at the same time.The field results show that the transmission distance of the cementing wireless monitoring hardware system is 1000 m,the penetration is strong,the data packet loss rate is reduced from 10%to 0 in WIFI mode,the error of flow and pressure monitoring is less than 1%,the monitoring interruption recovery rate is 100%,and the remote transmission success rate is 100%.The established real-time decision-making and analysis system for cementing realizes the visualization of the migration process of the slurry column in cementing operation,calculates the dynamic parameters of cementing wellhead pressure and annular ECD in real time,judges complex situations such as downhole leakage and overflow,and changes the complexity of cementing from post-diagnosis to pre-warning,and realizes intelligent decision-making analysis.
