摘  要:鄂南致密油水平井存在高含水、低产量,油水关系复杂以及各段产出不明的问题,需要采用水平井产出剖面测试技术了解各段、簇油水分布情况,为措施井治理提供依据。针对低产量机抽水平井井况,分析了测试工艺、测试仪器及资料解释的难点,优化设计了气举管柱结构和气举参数,优选了连续油管规格尺寸和组合测试仪器,优化了测试制度及资料解释方法。现场试验证明,利用连续油管输送组合测试仪器配合气举产出剖面测试技术,解决了低产量水平井产出剖面测试过程中无法稳定生产及测试通道狭窄的难题,成功获取了各段、簇流体产量及贡献率。同时分析了气举产出剖面测试的局限性和存在的问题,提出连续油管优选原则及井筒处理建议,研究成果为低产量水平井产出剖面测试提供了借鉴。There exist problems such as high water cut and low production,complex oil-water relationship and unclear production for each well section of horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs,Southern Ordos region.It is necessary to use horizontal well production profile testing technology to understand the oil-water distribution of each section/cluster and provide basis for measures well treatment.In view of the well conditions of low-production horizontal wells assisted by pumping,the difficulties of testing technology,instruments and data interpretation were analyzed,the structure and gas lift parameters of the gas lift string were optimized,the specifications and dimensions of coiled tubing and the combined test instruments were selected,and the test system and data interpretation methods were optimized.The field test proves that the production profile test technology,combining of coiled tubing conveyed testing instrument with the gas lift,solves the problem of unstable production and narrow test channel during the production profile test process of low production horizontal wells,successfully obtains the fluid production and contribution rate of each section/cluster fluid.This paper analyzes the limitations and existing problems of gas lift production profile testing,and puts forward the optimization principle of coiled tubing and wellbore treatment suggestions,and the research results provide a reference for the production profile test of low production horizontal wells.
