摘 要:激进参数钻井施工中,近钻头仪器应用越来越广,为了延长近钻头仪器井下作业时间,提高其自发电脉冲发生器涡轮发电机的性能,在有限元分析的基础上提出了结构参数优化方案。通过对不同结构参数和定子叶形的流场分析,结合实际应用效果确定设计方案,并对设计方案进行二次参数结构优化。优化结果表明,涡轮发电机效率54.89%增加到68.77%,扭矩11.96增加到18.86 N·m。现场应用结果表明:在深井中涡轮发电机能够正常工作,并且转速下降到最优转速的范围内,涡轮发电机Δ排量/Δ转速平均上升27.6%,平均单趟MWD井下作业时间相比同区块延长80~100 h,效率提高28%。The application of near drill bit instruments is becoming increasingly widespread in drilling with enhanced parameters.In order to extend the downhole operation time of near drill bit instruments and improve the performance of self generating pulse generator turbine generator,a structural parameter optimization plan has been proposed based on finite element analysis.By analyzing the flow field of different structural parameters and stator blade shapes,combined with practical application effects,the design scheme is determined,and secondary parameter structural optimization is carried out on the design scheme.The optimization results show that the efficiency of the turbine generator increases from 54.89%to 68.77%,and the torque increases from 11.96 to 18.86 N·m.The on-site application results show that the turbo generator can operate normally in deep wells and the speed drops to the optimal range.The ration ofΔD toΔs has increased by an average of 27.6%,and the average single MWD underground operation time has been extended by 80-100 hours compared to the same block,resulting in a 28%increase in efficiency.
