摘  要:采用N-羟乙基乙二胺和长链脂肪酸反应脱水环化合成了二氧化碳敏感清洁压裂液主剂。红外光谱分析和质谱分析表明其成功合成。探究二氧化碳敏感清洁压裂液应用的影响因素发现,该体系在150℃下具有良好的降低表面张力能力,其临界胶束浓度约为0.06 mmol/L,反离子浓度达到50 mmol/L时,体系黏度达到顶峰564 Pa·s;体系黏度在150℃仍有良好的耐剪切性能。在温度150℃下,中试产品压裂液体系与市售压裂液产品体系对比,体系增黏效果最好,二氧化碳敏感性最好;交替剪切中黏度保留率高,抗剪切能力和剪切自修复能力优越;其流动行为符合黏弹性体系的流变行为,流变性能最好,且具有较好抗盐能力。在岩心伤害率评价中,压裂液体系的整体渗透率伤害均远小于相关规定的25%,是绿色清洁的环境友好型压裂液。在现场应用评价中,压裂液体系破胶性能优越,现场对比应用中能够有效防止砂堵,压裂施工中表现出优异的携砂性能,压裂后裂缝具有较好的导流能力,实现压裂增产。Intelligent CO_(2) response fracturing fluid was synthesized by reaction dehydration and cyclization of N-hydroxyethylenediamine and long-chain fatty acid.Infrared spectrum analysis and mass spectrum analysis showed that the synthesis was successful.Exploring the factors affecting the application of intelligent CO_(2) response fracturing fluid MCA,it was found that the MCA system has a good ability to reduce surface tension at room temperature,and its critical micelle concentration is about 0.06 mmol·L^(-1).When the counter ion concentration reaches 50 mmol·L^(-1),the viscosity of MCA system reaches the maximum value of about 564 Pa·s;The viscosity of the system still has good shear resistance at 150℃.At 150℃,compared with the commercial fracturing fluid products,the pilot fracturing fluid MCA system has the best viscosity increasing effect and CO_(2) responsiveness;In alternating shear,the viscosity retention rate is high,and the shear resistance and shear self-repair ability are superior;Its flow behavior conforms to the rheological behavior of viscoelastic system,with the best rheological properties and good salt capacity.In the core damage rate evaluation,the overall permeability damage of the fracturing fluid MCA system is far less than 25%of the relevant provisions,and it is a green,clean and environmentally friendly fracturing fluid.In the field application evaluation,the fracturing fluid MCA system has excellent gel breaking performance and excellent sand-carrying performance,which can effectively prevent sand plugging,significantly improve the sand-carrying capacity of fracturing fluid in fracturing construction,ensure good fracture conductivity after fracturing,and achieve the purpose of fracturing production increase.
