摘  要:四川盆地泸州页岩气资源丰富,具有埋藏深、地层温度高、两相应力差大、天然裂缝发育等特点,通常采用体积压裂方式,以形成复杂缝网为目的,增大改造体积从而提高产量。但随着加密井方式开发,压裂过程中井间压窜现象频发,压窜导致大量压裂液浪费影响邻井产量,制约着深层页岩气高效开发。结合国内外大量压窜研究,开展了压窜机理以及防压窜措施机理研究:基于压窜类型的总结分析,压窜类型分为水力裂缝前端液体窜通、改造规模过大支撑剂窜通、压裂液沿天然裂缝流动与邻井窜通。根据分析,泸州深层页岩气压窜的类型为压裂液沿天然裂缝流动与邻井窜通,提出了针对性的防压窜措施;选取H53平台1井进行防压窜现场应用,现场应用表明防压窜措施可降低压窜的影响。Luzhou shale gas resources in the Sichuan Basin are abundant,characterized by deep burial,high formation temperature,large two-phase stress difference,and the development of natural fractures.Usually,volume fracturing is used to form a complex fracture network,increasing the volume of reformation and thereby increasing production.However,with the development of infill wells,frac hits occur frequently during the fracturing process,which leads the waste of a large amount of fracturing fluid,affecting the production of adjacent wells and restricting the efficient development of deep shale gas.Based on a large amount of research on frac hits both domestically and internationally,research on the mechanism of frac hits and the mechanism of frac-hit prevention countermeasures has been carried out.①Based on the summary and analysis of frac hit types,the types of frac hit are divided into liquid channeling at the front end of hydraulic fractures,proppant channeling with excessive renovation scale,and fracturing fluid flowing along natural fractures and adjacent frac hit.②According to the analysis,the type of frac hit in deep shale in Luzhou is the flow of fracturing fluid along natural fractures and the channeling of adjacent wells,and targeted measures for preventing frac hits.③The well 1 of platform H53 was selectedfor on-site application of frac hit prevention countermeasures,and the on-site application showed that measures can reduce the impact of pressure channeling.
