摘　　要：针对普光气田海相井气层保护固井—打“悬空塞”固井工艺,工序多,施工成本高,井控风险隐患大,生产过程存在环空带压风险等问题,笔者团队研发了177.8 mm封隔式分级注水泥器,实现环空封隔与分级注水泥联作控制,注水泥孔打得开、关得上,密封严;环空裸眼封隔压力高,可应用于普光深层顶部注水泥工艺。该工具在中国石化“示范井工程”普光某井首次试验成功,又在大湾某井应用成功,封隔环空、实现对下部气层的有效保护和顶部的注水泥作业,保证固井质量,节省钻井周期,提高施工安全性。封隔式分级注水泥器在普光深层的成功应用表明,该工具不仅可用于深层、超深层漏失井分级固井工艺,也可应用于产层顶部注水泥工艺。In view of the"suspended cement plug"cementing process for gas reservoir protection of marine wells in Puguang Gas Field,there exits problems such as multiple procedures,high operation costs,significant well control risks,and annular pressure risks during production etc,the packer stage cementing tool is developed in this paper to achieve combined control of annular isolation and stage cementing,and the cement injection hole could be opened and closed,and the seal was tight;annular open hole sealing pressure is high,it can be applied to the process of cementing on the top of Puguang gas field.The tool was successfully tested for the first time in well Puguang X well of Sinopec Demonstration Well Project,and successfully applied in well DawanX to seal the annulus,realizing the effective protection of the lower gas layer and the cementing operation at the top,ensuring the cementing quality,saving the drilling cycle,and improving the operation safety.The successful application of the packer stage cementing tool in the deep layer shows that the tool can be used not only in the cementing process of deep and ultra-deep lost wells,but also in the cementing process of the top of the production zone.
