摘 要:宜202井区位于天宫堂构造,该井区受区块构造作用,断层和裂缝较发育,碳酸盐岩地层井漏频发,且茅口组发育高压,溢漏并存,同时桥堵浆粒径匹配差、水泥浆驻留能力弱,导致堵漏效果差、成功率低。文章研究了一种多功能固结承压堵漏技术,该技术中的多功能固结承压堵漏剂优选柔性纤维、刚性细颗粒和固化剂等材料,兼备架桥滤失固结和整体固结两种堵漏模式,在时间和地温的作用下稠化固结,12~24 h的初始固结体具有较高的封堵强度,通过室内评价,固结封堵强度随着时间的推移逐渐增加最高可达到19.2 MPa。在Y215井雷口坡组现场应用,承压能力当量密度提高0.36 g/cm3,复杂治理周期较同区域降低75.51%,该技术适用于密度1.40~2.00 g/cm3的各类水基钻井液,能满足40℃~150℃条件下的安全施工。The well area Yi 202 is located in the Tiangongtang structure.Due to the influence of block structures,faults and fractures are more developed in this well area,resulting in frequent lost circulation in carbonate formation.In addition,the Maokou Formation is developed with high pressure and coexistence of lost circulation and overflow.At the same time,the poor particle size matching of bridge plugging slurry and the weak retention capacity of cement slurry lead to poor plugging effect and low success rate.In this paper,the multifunctional consolidation and pressure-bearing plugging technology is studied.The flexible fiber,rigid fine particle and curing agent are selected as the multi-functional consolidation and pressure-bearing plugging agent in this technology.It combines two plugging modes:bridge filtration consolidation and overall consolidation.Under the action of time and ground temperature,it thickens and solidifies.The initial consolidation body of 12-24 hours has high sealing strength,and with the passage of time,the strength will further increase.Through indoor evaluation,the maximum sealing strength of the consolidated body is above 19 MPa,and the consolidated body will experience slight expansion with time,with an expansion rate of up to 0.6%.In the field application of Formation Leikoupo of Well Yi 215,the equivalent density of pressure-bearing capacity is increased by 0.36 g/cm 3,and the complex treatment cycle is reduced by 75.51%compared to the same area.This technology is suitable for various water-based drilling fluids with densities of 1.40-2.00 g/cm 3,and can meet the safety operation requirements under conditions at 40℃-150℃.
