摘　　要：班团干部优秀的领导能力对于班级的发展以及辅导员与班级成员的对接工作具有极其重要的作用。但是一个团队难免出现一些问题,班干部和团支部之间工作职责以及工作分配问题愈发明显,不仅仅是业务能力的问题,更多的是班团干部、团支之间的沟通出现了障碍。针对疫情期间班团干部之间明确工作职责,解决工作中的问题进行了分析与探讨。The excellent leadership of the class cadres plays an extremely important role in the development of the class and the connection between the instructors and class members.But there are always problems in a team.The problems of job responsibilities and job allocation between class cadres and the league branch became increasingly obvious.It is not only the problem of business ability,but also the communication barriers between class cadres and the league branch.This paper analyzes and discusses how to clarify the duty and solve the problems in the work among the cadres of the class and youth League during the epidemic period.
