摘　　要：美日韩戴维营峰会是在新一轮美日韩合作强化进程中举行的,是美日韩合作强化的阶段性新进展。此轮美日韩合作的强化是在国际局势动荡不定、美日韩三国调整对外战略、韩日双边关系改善等多重背景下展开的。首脑会谈在美日韩合作进程中占据最为重要的核心地位,且对推动三边合作发挥至关重要的“引领”作用。根据美日韩戴维营峰会达成的相关合作协议,三国承诺推动三边合作机制化建设,进一步强化三边安全合作,相互协调以拓宽“印太”合作,不断深化经济与技术合作,扩大全球健康和人际合作。峰会还就地区安全热点表明了三国共同的政策立场。美日韩戴维营峰会除了助推美日韩三边合作机制化建设之外,还导致半岛地区局势更加紧张,并有损中国的国家安全利益。我们需要准确研判美日韩合作机制的“同盟化”趋向及其限度,并采取积极的战略应对举措。The Camp David summit is held in a new round of enhanced cooperation among US, Japan and ROK, as a new step forward in strengthening trilateral cooperation under the background of turbulent international situation, foreign strategy adjustments of the three countries, and the improvement of ROK-Japan bilateral relations. The summit has been regarded as the most essential core and plays a vital “guiding” role in promoting the process of trilateral cooperation. According to the cooperation agreement reached at Camp David summit, the three countries are committed to promoting the institutionalization of trilateral cooperation, further strengthening trilateral security cooperation, improving coordination to broaden cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, continuing to deepen economic and technical cooperation, and expanding global health and interpersonal cooperation. At the summit, the three countries also expressed their common policy stances on regional security hot spots. Despite promoting the institutionalization of trilateral cooperation, the summit leads to more tension in the Korean Peninsula and thus harms China's national security interests. In this connection, we need to accurately consider the “alliance-building” trend and extension of the trilateral cooperation mechanism, in order to take proactive strategic measures.
