火工品柔性结合关键部件静力学分析及收口压力优化设计

摘  要:相比刚性结合,柔性结合具有施力均匀、压力可无级调节等特点,更容易实现自动化作业。在火工品柔性结合作业中,柔性结合装置原理是通过中空无杆液压系统施加压力并对火工品部件结合收口。文章运用ANSYS Workbench对某火工品收口装置的柔性结合模具进行了静态性能分析,为柔性结合模具中橡胶环的选型提供了依据和参考,同时对油压压力和火工品分解力之间的关系进行了实验探索,得到了合格火工品所对应的油压实验数据,分析得出对应表达式,为相应型号的火工品柔性结合实验作业提供了可靠的数据参考。Compared with rigid joint,flexible joint has the characteristics of uniform application force and stepless adjustment of pressure,which makes it easier to realize automatic operation.In the flexible bonding operation of explosive,the principle of the flexible bonding device is to apply pressure through the hollow rod less hydraulic system and bind and close the explosive parts.In this paper,a convergent device sensitivity with the static performance analysis is carried on by using ANSYS Workbench,basis and reference are provided for the flexible combination of mold for flexible combination mold rubber ring selection.As well as the hydraulic pressure and the relationship between the resolution sensitivity are tested to explore and get qualified initiating explosive device of the hydraulic experiment data.The corresponding expression is obtained,which provides a reliable data reference for the flexible combination test of corresponding types of explosive devices.
