摘 要:文中首先对车载变流器大功率IGBT的驱动进行了深入分析研究,提出了数字驱动的保护构架与保护思想。随后阐述了数字脉冲分配保护作为IGBT驱动预处理的重要作用,列出了预处理的主要功能。之后着重分析了IGBT开关过程中驱动电阻对开关性能的影响,并提出了数字驱动的保护方案。最后设计试验,得到了开通关断过程中不同栅极电阻对应的驱动特性,并结合IGBT开关特性得到最优的开关方案,测试结果表明:数字驱动方案大大降低了开通过程中的损耗与di/dt及关断过程的损耗与du/dt。这一研究成果已在既有大功率机车和动车上装车运用。Firstly,the drive of high-power IGBT in vehicle converter is deeply analyzed and studied in this paper,put forward the protection framework and idea of digital driver.Then it expounds the important role of digital pulse distribution protection as IGBT drive pre-processing,and lists the main functions of pre-processing.Then,the influence of driving resistance on the switching performance in the process of IGBT switching is analyzed,and a protection scheme combining digital driving and analog circuit is proposed.Finally,the test is designed to obtain the driving characteristics corresponding to different gate resistances in the process of on-off,and the optimal switching scheme is obtained combined with the switching characteristics of IGBT.The test results show that the digital drive scheme greatly reduces the loss and di/dt in the turn-on process and du/dt in the turn-off process.This research result has been applied to lots of existing high power locomotives and EMUs.
