摘 要:针对仿真过程中出现抬轮器车轮轮轨垂向力为零的现象,建立抬轮器—故障车辆动力学模型,基于Matlab和Simpack软件分析抬轮器运输故障动车通过缓和曲线时出现轮轨垂向力异常现象的原因,研究垂向刚度对其承载特性的影响。结果表明:过大的垂向刚度使抬轮器轮对一侧悬空,出现轮轨垂向力为零的现象;抬轮器应选取适宜的垂向刚度,否则会造成一侧车轮轮重减载过多,影响其安全性能;通过缓和曲线时,由于构架相对轨面存在反向侧滚,造成抬轮器轮对呈现出相反的承载特性。In order to make clear the phenomenon of the zero wheel-rail vertical force of wheel lifter in the simulation process,a wheel lifter-engineering vehicle dynamics model was established.Based on Matlab and Simpack,the causes of the abnormal phenomenon of wheel-rail vertical force are analyzed,when the wheel lifter carries high-speed train passing through the curve track.The effect of vertical stiffness on the carrying characteristics of wheel lifter was studied.The results show that excessive vertical stiffness causes one side of the wheel lifter wheelset to hover over the track,resulting in the zero of wheel-rail vertical force.The wheel lifter should choose the vertical stiffness properly.Otherwise,it will cause too much reduction of wheel weight,affecting the carrying performance of the wheelset.Passing through the curve track,the wheel lifter wheelset show the opposite carrying characteristics partially,due to the reverse roll on the frame relative to the rail surface.
