摘 要:文中简要介绍了C_(80EF)型通用敞车基础制动装置的结构。结合C_(80EF)型通用敞车基础制动装置运用检修实际,从转向架基础制动装置、ST2-250型闸瓦间隙调整器(简称“闸调器”,下同)关键参数等方面对轮瓦磨耗量的影响进行了详细分析,并得出了轮瓦磨耗量与支点、下拉杆及闸调器参数间的关系。根据C_(80EF)型通用敞车车轮磨耗调研数据,制定出适合该车型的转向架基础制动装置孔位调整规则,并适当验证了其分析的正确性。This paper briefly introduces the structure of C_(80EF) general brake device.Based on the actual operation and inspection of the brake device of C_(80EF) general gondola,the detailed analysis is performed about the influence of the wearing sum of wheel and brake shoe from the key parameters such as bogie brake device,ST2-250 slack adjustment assembly(for short:slack adjustment,the below is the same)and so on,the relationship is obtained between the wearing sum of wheel and brake shoe among dead lever lug,down pull rod and slack adjustment.The suitable gondola brake device adjustment rule is formulated according to the wheel wearing statistic data of the C_(80EF) general gondola.And the essential verification is completed for supporting the adjustment rule.The analysis and verification show that the adjustment rules of C_(80EF) general gondola bogie brake device in this paper have certain practical and promotional value.
