摘 要:柴油发动机的排放会对环境和人类健康造成不良影响,高压共轨燃油系统和废气再循环技术是目前柴油发动机低排放技术中应用广泛的技术方案。该文基于柴油机排放污染物生成机理,系统论述了高压共轨燃油系统的基本原理和优势,探讨了其在柴油发动机低排放方面的应用、实现方法与应用特点,并提出了未来研究的方向。研究结果表明,高压共轨燃油系统和废气再循环技术可以有效降低柴油发动机的排放量,但仍存在一些技术问题需要解决,如NOx和PM的同时降低等。因此,未来的研究应注重对这些问题的深入探究,并继续优化和改进这些技术方案。Emissions from diesel engines can have a negative impact on the environment and human health.High-pres-sure common rail fuel systems and exhaust gas recirculation technologies are two widely used options for diesel engine low-emission technologies.This article systematically discusses the basic principles and advantages of high-pressure common rail fuel systems based on the mechanism of diesel engine emission pollutant generation,and discusses their ap-plication,implementation methods and application characteristics in diesel engine low emission,and puts forward the di-rection of future research.The research results show that the high-pressure common rail fuel system and exhaust gas re-circulation technology can effectively reduce the emissions of diesel engines,but there are still some technical problems to be solved,such as the simultaneous reduction of NOx and PM.Therefore,future research should focus on the in-depth investigation of these issues and continue to optimise and improve these technical solutions.
