摘　　要：文章介绍了单综眼织机样机的原理,并基于现有的单综眼织机,设计出浅交弯联织物、三维正交织物的织造纹板图,最后通过该单综眼织机进行样品织造,完成了浅交弯联织物与三维正交织物的织造工作,充分证明了在单综眼织机上织造三维织物的可行性,并发现结构不同的三维织物的性能也不相同。In this paper,the principle of the prototype of single heald loom was introduced,and the weaving plate diagram of shallow cross-bending fabric and three-dimensional orthogonal fabric was designed based on the existing single heald loom.Finally,the sample weaving was carried out on the single heald eye loom,thereby completing the weaving work of shallow cross linked fabric and three-dimensional orthogonal fabric,fully demonstrating the feasibility of weaving three-dimensional fabric on a single eye-finding loom.At the meantime,it is found that the performance of three-dimensional fabrics with different structures is different.
