摘 要:纳米纤维具有直径细、过滤精度高的优点,在粉尘过滤领域得到了快速发展。本文综述了纳米纤维在粉尘过滤领域的应用,包括工业烟气处理和空气过滤两大领域;分析了纳米过滤材料的结构形式,主要包括:纳米纤维毡、纳米纤维叠层过滤材料和混合结构过滤材料;最后展望了纳米纤维在粉尘过滤领域的技术发展趋势。Nano-fiber has been developed rapidly in the field of dust filtration due to its advantages of fine diameter and high filtration accuracy.The applications of nanofibers in dust filtration were reviewed in this paper,including industrial flue gas treatment and air filtration.The structural forms of nanofiltration materials were analyzed,including nanofiber felt,nanofiber laminated filter material and mixed structure filter material.Finally,the development trend of nano-fiber technology in dust filtration field was prospected.
