摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展和人口的增长,人类对水资源的需求日益增加,导致水资源短缺、水质恶化等问题日益严重。为了保护水资源,维护生态平衡,必须采取一系列有效的措施来加强生态环境建设和水资源保护利用。本文概述了生态环境建设与水资源保护利用的重要性与原则,并提出了生态环境建设与水资源保护利用的措施。With rapid economic development and population growth,human demand for water resources is increasing,leading to serious problems such as water scarcity and deteriorating water quality.To protect water resources and maintain ecological balance,a series of effective measures must be taken to strengthen ecological environment construction and the protection and utilization of water resources.This paper outlines the importance and principles of ecological environment construction and the protection and utilization of water resources,proposing measures for ecological environment construction and water resources protection and utilization.
