危险废物焚烧处置废气污染物净化技术应用研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了当处理焚烧炉设备外排烟气中的污染物时,采用的一套综合的技术方案:“急冷+干法脱酸+活性炭吸附+布袋除尘器+喷淋脱酸塔+烟气再热技术+脱硝反应塔”。通过这种技术组合,成功净化了废气,确保了外排废气符合相关标准。这种处理方法不仅在环保方面取得了显著成果,同时也提升了企业的盈利水平,实现了生态环境保护与经济效益的双赢。This paper introduces a comprehensive technical scheme:"rapid cooling+dry acid gas removal+activated carbon adsorption+bag dust collector+spray acid removal tower+flue gas reheating technology+denitrification reaction tower,"for treating pollutants in the exhaust gas from the incineration furnace equipment.Through this technical combination,the waste gas is successfully purified,ensuring that the emitted waste gas complies with relevant standards.This treatment method has not only achieved significant results in environmental protection but also enhanced the profitability of the enterprise,achieving a win-win situation for ecological environmental protection and economic benefits.
