摘  要:针对桡骨远端骨折闭合复位外固定绑扎过程力学相关问题,进行了夹板绑扎外固定过程中各组成部分的生物力学分析,采用了Workbench软件研究了伸直型桡骨远端骨折夹板绑扎固定的力学价值。通过从CT影像中获得前臂模型数据,利用mimics将影像数据转换为三维模型并运用Geomagic进行降噪和光滑处理,在UG中模拟实际夹板绑扎过程将模型中各个组成部分进行组合,探究了夹板固定对桡骨远端骨折前臂的影响。结果表明,夹板固定后对尺桡骨具有足够固定力以保证组织的稳定,模型变形的最大位置在背侧夹板前端靠近桡骨一侧,为1.1446×10^(-4)mm。桡骨远端骨折固定后尺桡骨的应力和应变最大点发生在骨折处,应力最大值为0.1296MPa,应变最大值为9.8925×10^(-6)mm/mm,骨折断端端面应力最大值为2.2071×10^(-2) MPa。压垫中外侧压垫与绑带接触处应力最大,内侧压垫与软组织接触处应力最大,夹板在桡侧中段应力最大,骨折断端从桡侧向尺侧方向偏移。In order to address the mechanical problems related to the process of closed reduction and external fixation of distal radius fractures,biomechanical analyses of the components of the splint taping external fixation process were carried out,and the mechanical value of the splint taping fixation of the straightened distal radius fracture was investigated by using the software Workbench.The effect of splint fixation on the forearm of distal radius fracture was investigated by obtaining the forearm model data from CT images,converting the image data into a 3D model using mimics and applying Geomagic for noise reduction and smoothing,and combining the various components of the model by simulating the actual process of splinting and tying in UG.The results showed that the splint had sufficient fixation force on the ulna and radius to ensure the stability of the tissue.The maximum deformation position of the model was 1.1446×10^(-4) mm at the front end of the dorsal splint near the side of the radius.The maximum stress and strain of the ulna and radius occurred at the fracture site after fixation of the distal radius fracture.The maximum stress was 0.1296 MPa,the maximum strain was 9.8925×10^(-6) mm/mm,and the maximum stress of the fracture end surface was 2.2071×10^(-2) MPa.In the pressure pad,the stress was maximum at the contact between the lateral pressure pad and the binding band,and the stress was maximum at the contact between the medial pressure pad and the soft tissue.The maximum stress was found in the middle of the radial side of the splint.The fracture end deviated from the radial side to the ulnar side.
