摘 要:党的二十大以后,加快推动新阶段水库高质量发展,为经济社会提供有力的水安全保障,是水库运行管理的目标,智慧水库建设是实现这一目标最重要的环节。滕州市马河水库作为山东省智慧水库建设试点之一,以云计算、大数据、物联网及移动应用等先进技术为基础,突破原有系统局限,创新水库管理决策新模式,实现了水库管理从信息化到数字化、智能化的完美转变。以马河水库建立运行管理数字平台、构建智慧水库管理体系为例,介绍智慧水库建设成功经验。After the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,accelerating the high-quality development of reservoirs in the new stage and providing strong water safety guarantee for the economy and society is the goal of reservoir operation and management,and the construction of intelligent reservoirs is the most important link to achieve this goal.As one of the pilot projects for the construction of smart reservoirs in Shandong Province,Mahe Reservoir in Tengzhou City is based on advanced technologies such as cloud computing,big data,the Internet of Things and mobile applications,breaking through the limitations of the original system,innovating new models for reservoir management decision-making,and achieving a perfect transformation of reservoir management from informatization to digitalization and intelligence.Taking the establishment of a digital platform for operation and management of Mahe Reservoir and the construction of a smart reservoir management system as an example,the successful experience of smart reservoir construction is introduced.
