摘 要:装配式建筑作为新型建筑工业化的代表,具有巨大的社会效益和经济效益,但目前针对装配式建筑环境效益的分析研究还不够深入,因此从“四节一环保”角度出发,在深入分析各个环节装配式建筑对环境产生的影响的基础上,研究测算装配式建筑环境效益的方法。以天津市某项目为依托收集数据,定量分析装配式建筑在环境效益方面产生的优势。结果显示,装配式建筑环境效益比传统现浇建筑每单位面积节约12.17元,并有针对性地提出了优化建议。As representatives of new building industrialization,prefabricated buildings have huge social and economic benefits,but their environmental benefits have not been analyzed and studied deeply at present.From the perspectives of energy conservation,land conservation,water conservation,material conservation and environmental protection,the method for calculation of environmental benefits of prefabricated buildings is studied based on in-depth analysis of the environmental impact of prefabricated buildings at each stage.Based on the data collected from a project in Tianjin,the advantages of prefabricated buildings were quantitatively analyzed in terms of environmental benefits.Results show that the environmental benefits of prefabricated buildings are 12.17 yuan greater than conventional cast-in-place buildings per unit area.Optimization suggestions are put forward accordingly.
