摘 要:昆明空港文化广场项目屋面表皮为空间自由曲面,屋面采用三角形铝板拟合曲面,六块三角形板块交汇于一点。为实现曲面的顺滑过渡,对传统连接节点进行分析优化,采用三维多自由度可调万向铰连接系统作为连接节点,实现了线连接到点连接的转换,规避了因线连接导致的檩条扭曲带来的加工和安装困难,并对万向铰连接系统的强度及挠度采用ABAQUS有限元软件仿真分析。研究结果表明,万向铰连接系统的运用有利于提升空间自由曲面的拟合精度,安装方便,经济性好,可作为异形曲面表皮实施的辅助技术。The roof surface of the Kunming Airport Cultural Square Project is a spatial freeform surface,which is a triangular aluminum sheet fitting surface,with six triangular plates connected at one point.For the smooth transition of the surface,conventional connection nodes were analyzed and optimized,and a 3D adjustable swivel joint system with multiple degrees of freedom was used as a connection node for transition from line connection to point connection,which avoids difficulties in processing and installation caused by purlin distortion in line connection.In addition,ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the strength and deflection of the swivel joint system.Research results show that the swivel joint system is conducive to improving the fitting accuracy of spatial freeform surfaces.Due to easy installation and good economical performance,it can be used as an auxiliary technology for special-shaped surfaces.
