高层建筑消防安全疏散问题及对策研究

摘　　要：高层建筑由于其特殊的结构和使用特性,发生火灾后安全疏散成为具有挑战性的问题。高层建筑内人数较多,发生火灾难以对人员进行安全疏散,高层建筑工程建设中要重视消防安全疏散问题,保护人民生命和财产安全。目前高层建筑消防安全疏散存在许多问题,如消防设施不完善、疏散通道设计不合理、应急照明设备不足等,导致火灾发生时无法有效地疏散人员,容易造成严重的人员伤亡和财产损失,需要加强高层建筑消防安全应急管理做好人员疏散工作。论文研究概述高层建筑消防安全疏散的重要性,提出高层建筑消防安全疏散的对策。Due to the special structure and use characteristics of high-rise buildings,safe evacuation after fire has become a challenging problem.There are a large number of people inside high-rise buildings,and it is difficult to evacuate them safely in case of a fire.In the construction of high-rise buildings,attention should be paid to fire safety evacuation to protect people’s lives and property safety.At present,there are many problems in the fire safety evacuation of high-rise buildings,such as incomplete fire protection facilities,unreasonable evacuation channel design,insufficient emergency lighting equipment,etc.,which lead to the inability to effectively evacuate personnel in the event of a fire,easily causing serious casualties and property damage.It is necessary to strengthen the fire safety emergency management of high-rise buildings and do a good job in personnel evacuation.The paper summarizes the importance of fire safety evacuation in high-rise buildings and proposes countermeasures for fire safety evacuation in high-rise buildings.
