新型合作模式下的片区规划设计编制方法研究

摘　　要：论文以中国成都市蓉南新兴产业带为研究对象,探讨了在新型合作模式下的片区规划设计编制方法,重点介绍了邛崃市与天府新区和新津区共同编制的总体片区规划,包括产业规划、对外交通、空间落位、用地布局、项目集群建设等。论文强调了在新发展理念的引导下,天府新区和邛崃市通过建立跨区域合作示范区的方式,共同努力将重点片区打造成为践行新发展理念的公园城市示范区和跨区域合作区中的示范区,促进区域城市设计的优化提升。This paper takes the emerging industrial belt in Chengdu,China as the research object,explores the methods of planning,design,and compilation of the area under the new cooperation model,and focuses on the overall area planning jointly formulated by Qionglai City,Tianfu New Area,and Xinjin District,including industrial planning,external transportation,spatial positioning,land layout,and project cluster construction.The paper emphasizes that under the guidance of the new development concept,Tianfu New Area and Qionglai City will jointly strive to build key areas into park city demonstration zones and cross regional cooperation zones that practice the new development concept by establishing cross regional cooperation demonstration zones,promoting the optimization and improvement of regional urban design.
