摘 要:汽车智能化的普及,使车载电器的数量和功耗大幅增加,这对汽车供电设备提出了更高的要求。汽车交流发电机作为汽车的供电核心装置,在应用新材料和新工艺使发电机的单位质量输出功率不断提升的同时,对发电机的温升和噪声的控制也有了更高的要求。文章运用阻尼导热材料,配合新的装配工艺,使发电机的温升和电磁噪声都有所下降,同时对输出电流的纹波峰峰值也有一定优化。With the popularity of intelligent vehicles,quantities and power consumption of the on-board electrical appliances have increased significantly,higher requirements are raised to the automotive power supply equipment.As the core device of automotive power supply,higher require-ments for the control of temperature rise and noise is raised to the automotive alternator while applying new materials and new processes to continuously improve the output power per unit mass of the alternator.This paper introduces that the temperature rise and electromagnetic noise of the alternator are reduced by using the heat-conduction damp-ing material&new assembly process,to optimize the peak value of ripple in the output current as well.
