摘　　要：为提高发电机自动化制造水平,提升焊接质量和效率,并缓解焊工人力资源瓶颈,搭建了一套空冷发电机定子装配自动化焊接平台。通过焊枪可达性验证、试板焊接试验和产品模拟件焊接试验,得到可靠的自动化焊接工艺参数,形成一项针对“连接板+回形板”结构的空冷发电机定子装配自动化焊接技术。In order to increase the automatic manu-facturing level of generators,improve welding quality&efficiency and alleviate the bottleneck of welder human resources,a set of automatic welding platform for the air-cooled generator stator assembly is set up.Through the verification of welding gun accessibility,sample welding test and product simulation welding test,the reliable auto-matic welding process parameters are obtained,to form the automatic welding technology for the air-cooled generator stator assembling with the structure of"connect plate+ring plate".
