摘 要:天津某热电厂配备ZGM80N型中速磨煤机16台,均为静态折向挡板分离器,因掺烧导致煤种变化大,为保证煤粉细度,需频繁调节静态挡板。为解决以上问题,对磨煤机进行分离器升级改造,提出静态分离器升级改造为动态分离器的改造方案,分析动态分离器结构优势,进行改造性能试验分析。试验结论和实际运行表明动态分离器改造可满足锅炉系统燃烧要求,能有效提高锅炉经济性。A thermal power plant in Tianjin is equipped with 16 ZGM80N medium speed coal mills,all of which are static folding baffle separators.Due to the significant changes in coal type caused by mixed combustion,the static baffle needs to be frequently adjusted to ensure the fineness of coal powder.To solve the above problems,the coal mill is upgraded and transformed into a dynamic separator.A transformation plan is proposed to upgrade the static separator into a dynamic separator,analyze the structural advantages of the dynamic separator,and conduct performance testing and analysis of the transformation.The experimental results and actual operation indicate that the dynamic separator modification can meet the combustion requirements of the boiler system and effectively improve the boiler economy.
