摘 要:目前,汽轮机乏汽冷凝方式主要有两种:一是利用空气来对汽轮机排放出的蒸汽进行冷却循环,简称空冷;二是采用自然界循环水冷却的表面式冷凝器,简称水冷。空冷器根据结构型式可分为单排管空冷器和多排管空冷器,本文针对单排管空冷器,分析优化结构设计,借助三维软件SolidWorks和编程软件,基于SolidWorks良好的二次开发的接口功能,开发一个专用插件,减少设计人为输入差错,提高设计效率。At present,there are two main condensing methods of steam turbine:First,the use of air to cool the steam discharged from the turbine circulator,referred to as air cooling;next is the surface condenser cooled by natural circulating water,referred to as water cooling.Air coolers can be divided into single-row tube air coolers and multi-row tube air coolers according to their structural types.In this paper,the structural design of single-row tube air coolers is analyzed and optimized.With the help of three-dimensional software SlidWorks and programming software,a special plug-in is developed based on the good interface function of secondary development of SolidWorks to reduce the input errors in the design and improve design efficiency.
