倪光夏教授运用“醒脑通耳”针法治疗耳鸣耳聋经验

摘　　要：近年来,临床耳鸣耳聋患者数量明显增多,严重影响患者的生活质量。西医治疗本病主要以扩张血管、改善内耳循环、营养神经等治疗为主,但治疗效果不甚理想。倪光夏教授认为该病耳局部症状突出,其标在耳,但其本在脑,结合脑与耳的生理病理联系,提出该病的病因病机为“脑神失司、耳窍闭阻”,创立了“醒脑通耳”针法,该法临床疗效颇丰。该文将从耳鸣耳聋病因病机,“醒脑通耳”针法的立法依据、针刺方法、方解及临床验案等方面浅析倪光夏教授治疗该病的临床经验,以期为临床治疗耳鸣耳聋病提供更广阔的思路。In recent years,the number of patients with clinical tinnitus and deafness has increased significantly,which has seriously affected the life quality of patients.Western medicine treatment of this disease is mainly by dilating blood vessels,improving circulation in the inner ear,and nourishing the nerves,but the treatment effect is not very satisfactory.Professor Ni Guangxia believes that the disease is characterized by localized symptoms in the ear,but its origin is in the brain.Combining with the physiological and pathological relationship between the brain and the ear,he proposed that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is"brain spirit is out of control,ear orifices are blocked",and based on this theory,he created the"Xingnao Tonger"acupuncture method,which has a solid clinical effect.This article will analyze the clinical experience of Prof.Ni Guangxia intreating tinnitus and deafness fromthe etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,basic theory,manipulation methods,meaning of foluma and clinical cases of"Xingnao Tonger"acupuncture,in order to provide a broader idea for the clinical treatment of tinnitus and deafness.
