摘 要:为实现含分布式电源配电系统混合储能的选址定容,构建一种考虑混合储能特点的双层优化模型,从而提升配电网运行经济性和稳定性。首先,选取蓄电池和超级电容器构成混合储能系统接入配电系统,充分发挥混合储能的高效充放电和高能量吞吐;其次,提出考虑混合储能特点的混合储能选址定容双层优化模型。上层优化以混合储能全寿命周期成本最小为目标,以配置容量和接入位置为优化变量,其中运行维护成本需由下层计算;下层优化以网损最小为目标,建立混合整数二阶锥潮流优化模型,并将规划结果反馈上层。最后,以IEEE 33节点配电系统为例,结果表明相较于单一储能,所提的混合储能形式及其优化配置策略能在保证配电网运行经济性的同时,提高配电网在可再生能源高比例接入下的运行稳定性。To select HESS site and capacity in distribution system with renewable energy access,a two-layer optimization model considering the property of HESS is constructed,which thereby improving the operation economy and stability of the system.Firstly,this paper selects battery and super-capacitor to form HESS and connect it to the distribution system to give full play to the highefficiency charging and discharging and high-energy throughput characteristics of HESS.Secondly,a two-layer optimization model for HESS site and capacity selection considering the property of HESS is proposed.The upper layer aims at the minimum LCC of the HESS,and take the configuration capacity and access location as the optimization variables,in which the operation cost needs to be calculated by the lower layer;the lower optimization aims to minimize the network loss,establish a SOCP model,and feed backs the planning results to the upper layer.Finally,case studies are carried out on the IEEE 33-bus distribution network,compared with ESS,the proposed HESS and its configuration strategy can effectively improve the operational stability of the distribution network under the high proportion of renewable energy access,while ensuring the operation economy of the distribution network.
