摘 要:环氧树脂作为常用的涂层防护材料,广泛应用于具备防污、防水、防冰等功能复合涂层的制备研究.然而环氧的亲水特性限制了涂层表面疏水性的提升,对其疏水改性又常面临着机械和化学性能的损失问题.本文采用氨基功能聚硅氧烷和端羟基氟硅烷改性环氧树脂,研究不同改性剂对环氧体系性能的影响规律.结果表明:端羟基氟硅烷(CA=113.5°、SA=9°)较氨基功能聚硅氧烷(CA=102.3°、SA=10°)能更显著提升环氧树脂疏水性能,但后者改性的环氧涂层在其耐热性(102.3%)、硬度(100%)、胶粘强度(114.0%)等方面都得到了更大程度的保留甚至提升,吸水率明显降低(53.5%).Epoxy resin is a commonly used coating protection material,and a large number of studies have used micro and nano particles to blend with epoxy to obtain superhydrophobic coatings,wich have functions such as anti fouling,waterproofing,and anti-icing.However,the hydrophilic properties of epoxy limit the improvement of hydrophobicity,and hydrophobically modified epoxy typically accompanies a loss of mechanical and chemical properties.This article uses amino functional polysiloxane and hydroxyl terminated fluorosilane to modify epoxy resin,and studies the influence of different modifiers on the performance of epoxy systems.The results show that hydroxyl terminated fluorosilane(CA=113.5°,SA=9°)can significantly improve the hydrophobic properties of epoxy compared to amino functional polysiloxane(CA=102.3°,SA=10°).However,the epoxy coating modified by the latter has a greater degree of retention or even improvement in terms of heat resistance(102.3%),hardness(100%),adhesive strength(114.0%),and water absorption rate significantly reduced(53.5%).
