摘 要:在不同蜂虫数量、不同温度、不同质量等条件下用松阿扁叶蜂繁育管氏肿腿蜂,通过计算平均发育历程、平均单管出蜂数、寄生率、出蜂率、单蜂出蜂数、单虫出蜂数等生物学参数,研究松阿扁叶蜂繁育管氏肿腿蜂的适宜条件。结果表明,松阿扁叶蜂可以作为替代寄主用于繁育管氏肿腿蜂。从不同蜂虫数量对松阿扁叶蜂繁蜂的影响来看,蜂虫数量为5+3时,平均单管出蜂数最高;从不同温度对松阿扁叶蜂繁蜂的影响来看,发育历程随温度的升高而缩短,温度为26℃时,平均单管出蜂数最高;从不同质量对松阿扁叶蜂繁蜂的影响来看,单管出蜂数随着松阿扁叶蜂体重的增加而增加,体重为0.16 g时,平均单管出蜂数最高。The breeding experiment of Scleroderma guani by the Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura was carried out under different conditions such as different parasitoid-host numbers,temperatures and qualities,the suitable conditions for breeding the Scleroderma guani with the Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura were studied by calculating biological parameters such as average developmental time,average number of bees per tube,parasitism rate,emergence rate,number of bees per parasitoid and number of bees per host.The results showed that the Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura could serve as an alternative host to breed the Scleroderma guani.From the impact of different parasitoid-host numbers on the breeding of Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura,the arerage number of bees per tube reached the highest when the parasitoid-host number was 7+5.From the impact of different temperatures on the breeding of Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura,it could be seen that the developmental process shortened with the increase of temperature,and the arerage number of bees per tube reached the highest when the temperature was 26℃.From the impact of different qualities on the breeding of Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura,the number of bees per tube increased with the increase of body weight,and the arerage number of bees per tube reached the highest when the Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura weight was 0.16 g.
