摘　　要：三级甲等医院具有规模大、人员密集、用能设备多以及环境质量要求高等特点,因而能源消费量较一般公共建筑更高,故对其开展能源审计从而进行节能改造具有显著的必要性。通过对某座位于三亚市的三级甲等医院进行调研,对其能耗状况进行了评价,并分析了在用能设备和运行管理等方面存在的节能潜力,最后针对该医院的情况提出了相应的节能建议与措施,为类似建筑工程项目的节能工作提供借鉴。Grade-A hospital has the characteristics of large scale,dense personnel,large numbers of energy-using equipment and high environmental quality requirements,hence the energy consumption is higher than that of general public buildings.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out energy audit and energy-saving reconstruction for this type of building.Through the investigation of a grade-A hospital in Sanya,this paper evaluated its energy consumption status,and analyzed the energy-saving potential in both energy-using equipment and operation management.Finally,the corresponding energy-saving suggestions and measures were put forward for this hospital,which can provide reference for the energy-saving work of similar construction projects.
