急性心肌梗死患者血清S100A4、Apelin-13表达改变与心肌损伤的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性心肌梗死患者血清钙卫蛋白A4(S100A4)、孤独G蛋白耦联受体配体-13(Apelin-13)表达改变与心肌损伤的相关性。方法 本研究为前瞻性研究,以2021年10月—2022年12月在鄂尔多斯市中心医院就诊的急性心肌梗死患者126例作为研究对象(研究组),另以同期在本院进行健康体检的志愿者作为对照组,比较两组及心肌梗死不同严重程度患者的血清S100A4、Apelin-13表达水平之间的差异,研究血清S100A4、Apelin-13表达与心肌损伤的相关性。结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者的S100A4(t=215.480,P=0.000)、Apelin-13(t=46.391,P=0.000)显著升高;不同心功能患者的S100A4(F=16.212,P=0.000)、Apelin-13(F=14.192,P=0.000)表达水平之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);通过两两比较,S100A4、Apelin-13表达水平从高到低依次为心功能Ⅲ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级;相比非心室重构组,心室重构组患者的S100A4(t=35.431,P=0.000)、Apelin-13(t=16.853,P=0.000)表达水平显著升高;相关性分析表明,患者的心功能、心室重构情况与S100A4、Apelin-13表达水平呈正相关。结论 急性心肌梗死患者血清S100A4、Apelin-13表达改变与心肌损伤呈显著相关性,可作为临床诊断以及效果预测的重要参考。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum S100A4 and Apelin-13 expression and myocardial injury in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods This is a prospective study.126 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received medical treatment in our hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects(study group),and volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The differences of serum S100A4 and Apelin-13 expression levels between the two groups and patients with different severity were compared to study the correlation between serum S100A4 and Apelin-13 expression and myocardial injury.Results Compared with the control group,S100A4(t=215.480,P=0.000)and Apelin-13(t=46.391,P=0.000)were significantly higher in the study group.There were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of S100A4(F=16.212,P=0.000)and Apelin-13(F=14.192,P=0.000)in patients with different cardiac functions(P<0.05).The expression levels of S100A4 and Apelin-13 wereⅢlevel,Ⅱlevel andⅠlevel from high to low.Compared with the non-ventricular remodeling group,the expression levels of S100A4(t=35.431,P=0.000)and Apelin-13(t=16.853,P=0.000)in the ventricular remodeling group were significantly increased.By correlation analysis,patients'cardiac function and ventricular remodeling were positively correlated with S100A4 and Apelin-13 expression levels.Conclusion The expression changes of S100A4 and Apelin-13 in serum of patients with acute myocardial infarction are significantly correlated with myocardial injury,which can be used as an important reference for clinical diagnosis and prediction of effects.
