摘 要:【目的】探究5种油用玫瑰在同一试验地光合生理特性的差异,为湖南地区开展优良油用玫瑰种质筛选和苗木繁育提供理论参考。【方法】以引种至湖南地区3年的5种油用玫瑰为试验材料,进行盆栽试验,测定其叶片特性、光合色素含量、光合日变化和光响应曲线等相关指标,通过主成分分析法对油用玫瑰各光合指标进行综合分析。【结果】不同油用玫瑰品种在叶面积(LA)、比叶面积(SLA)、叶干物质含量(LDMC)和含水率(LWC)上差异显著(P<0.05)。不同油用玫瑰品种的叶绿素含量差异不显著(P<0.05),其中苦水玫瑰光合色素含量最高,紫枝玫瑰(白花)和大马士革玫瑰含量较低,分别低于苦水玫瑰22.49%、15.19%。5种油用玫瑰光合日变化曲线有单峰和双峰两种。光合相关指标在不同油用玫瑰品种间差异显著(P<0.05)。保加利亚白玫瑰的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)均大于其他4个油用玫瑰品种。5种油用玫瑰品种光响应曲线变化较一致,其中保加利亚白玫瑰的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)、光补偿点(LCP)均显著大于其他油用玫瑰品种(P<0.05),但光响应曲线结果显示保加利亚白玫瑰随着光强的增加其净光合速率下降,表现出光抑制现象。大马士革玫瑰的量子表现效率(AQY)和暗呼吸速率(Rd)显著大于其他油用玫瑰品种(P<0.05)。【结论】试验得出5种油用玫瑰在湖南地区的光合能力排序:大马士革玫瑰>保加利亚白玫瑰>紫枝玫瑰(粉花)>紫枝玫瑰(白花)>苦水玫瑰。不同油用玫瑰品种光合特性有显著差异,初步得出保加利亚白玫瑰和大马士革玫瑰在湖南地区光合能力较强,具有较好的培育前景。【Objective】To investigate the differences of photosynthetic physiological characteristics of five species of oil roses in the same experimental site,and to provide theoretical reference for the screening of excellent oil rose germplasm and seedling breeding in Hunan.【Method】Five species of oil roses,which were introduced to Hunan for three years,were planted in pots,and their leaf characteristics,photosynthetic pigment content,photosynthetic daily variation and light response curve were measured to analyze the photosynthetic indexes of oil roses by principal component analysis.【Result】The different oil rose varieties differed significantly(P<0.05)in leaf area(LA),specific leaf area(SLA),leaf dry matter content(LDMC)and water content(LWC).The Chl content of different oil rose species did not different significantly(P<0.05),with Rosa sertata×R.rugosa Yu et Ku having the highest photosynthetic pigment content and R.rugose‘Zizhi’(white flower)and R.damascena having lower content,22.49%and 15.19%below Rosa sertata×R.rugosa,respectively.Five oil rose species had both single and double peaks in photosynthetic daily variation curves.Photosynthesisrelated indicators differed significantly(P<0.05)among the different oil rose species.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs)and intercellular CO2 concentration of R.alba damascene were greater than those of the other four oil rose varieties.the light response curves of the five oil rose varieties were more consistent,with the maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax)and light compensation point(LCP)of R.alba damascene being significantly greater than those of the other oil rose varieties(P<0.05),but the light response curves.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of R.alba damascene decreased with the increase of light intensity and showed photoinhibition.The quantum expression efficiency(AQY)and dark respiration rate(Rd)of R.damascena were significantly greater than those of other oil rose species(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The experim
