摘  要:“互联网+”背景下叠加消费升级及疫情,消费者对生鲜农产品的需求体现出优质、便利、高效等新消费特点,并深刻影响着生鲜农产品供应链结构及模式的发展。本文梳理了“互联网+”背景下生鲜农产品供应链模式类型,一方面以农贸批发市场、超市等为核心的传统生鲜产品供应链不断触网焕新,线上、线下融合发展,另一方面涌现出以平台电商、县域电商、休闲旅游+、直播带货、短视频+电商、社区拼购团购等生鲜农产品供应链新业态新模式。In the context of"Internet+",combined with consumption upgrading and epidemic disease,consumers,demand for fresh agricultural products reflects new consumption characteristics such as high quality,convenience and efficiency,and has a profound impact on the development of the supply chain structure and model of fresh agricultural products.This paper summarizes the following aspects:On the one hand,the traditional supply chain of fresh products,with wholesale markets and supermarkets as the core,is constantly reinvigorated on the Internet,and integrates online and offline development.On the other hand,new business forms and models of fresh agricultural products supply chain such as platform e-commerce,county e-commerce,leisure tourism+,live delivery,short video+e-commerce,and community group-buying have emerged.
