基于内外贸一体化的商贸流通标准体系研究

摘　　要：标准化是推动流通变革、畅通国内大循环、促进国内国际双循环的重要技术支撑,搭建流通标准体系并开展实施应用则是发挥这一支撑作用的有效途径和手段。本文分析了我国现阶段推动内外贸一体化发展的现实要求和商贸流通标准体系的建设现状,在此基础上提出了基于内外贸一体化视角的商贸流通标准体系构建原则、构建过程以及结构设计。Standardization is an important technical support for promoting circulation reform,facilitating domestic circulation,and advancing both domestic and international circulations.The effective way and means to play this supporting role is to build the circulation standards system and carry out its application.This paper analyzes the practical requirements of promoting the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade and the construction status of the standards system for commercial and trade circulation in our country.On this basis,it puts forward the construction principle,construction process and structural design of the standards system for commercial and trade circulation from the perspective of integration of domestic and foreign trade.
