摘　　要：现代测绘基准体系作为新型基础测绘体系的重要组成部分,是基础测绘转型升级的重要内容和基础支撑。以长沙市为例,系统阐述了地方现代测绘基准体系的建设工作;首先介绍了长沙地方测绘基准的历史概况和存在的问题,然后重点阐述了城市现代测绘基准建设的技术路线、方法和建设内容以及成果应用情况。As an important part of the new basic surveying and mapping system,modern surveying and mapping datum system is not only an important content of the transformation and upgrading of basic surveying and mapping,but also a basic support.Taking Changsha as an example,this paper systematically expounds the construction of local modern surveying and mapping datum system;This paper first introduces the historical overview and existing problems of Changsha local surveying and mapping datum system and then focuses on the technology roadmap,methods,construction contents and application of achievements of urban modern surveying and mapping datum system construction.
