摘 要:针对城市高架桥区间节段预制拼装施工的特点及难点,文章详细介绍了悬臂拼装法施工设备,并阐述了悬臂拼装法的关键技术,如0#块与1#节段梁的临时固结构造、节段梁精确定位技术、几何线形控制技术、节段梁胶拼及预应力临时张拉技术等。结果表明,架桥机施工可靠,悬臂拼装法能够保证高架桥区间节段连续梁的高效、安全施工,能减少现场湿作业,经济效益高,对其他类似工程具有借鉴作用。In view of the characteristics and difficulties of segmental prefabrication and assembly construction in urban elevated bridge sections,this paper introduces the construction equipment of cantilever assembly method in detail,and expounds the key technologies of cantilever assembly method,such as the temporary consolidation structure of 0#block and 1#segment beam,the precise positioning technology of segment beam,the geometric alignment control technology,the segment beam glue assembly and the prestressed temporary tension technology.The results show that the construction of the bridge erecting machine is reliable.The cantilever assembly method can ensure the efficient and safe construction of the segment continuous beam in the elevated bridge sections,reduce the on-site wet operation,and have high economic benefits.It can be used as a reference for other similar engineering.
