摘 要:在地铁项目中,设备用房通风空调系统的节能运行至关重要,可通过比较室外空气温度与切换温度来合理选择通风和空调工况。文章以实际地铁项目为例,使用MATLAB软件进行数值计算,比较了不同切换温度下设备用房通风空调系统的全年总能耗,研究发现,存在一个最佳工况切换温度,可提高能源利用效率。最佳工况切换温度随风管系统阻力、风机最低运行频率和冷水机组制冷性能系数的提高而降低,气候条件也影响最佳切换温度。夏热冬暖地区最佳工况切换温度为14℃,而夏热冬冷和寒冷地区的最佳工况切换温度为17℃。该研究成果可为地铁设备用房通风空调系统的节能运行提供重要参考。In the subway project,the energy-saving operation of the ventilation and air conditioning system in the equipment room is very important.The ventilation and air conditioning working conditions can be reasonably selected by comparing the outdoor air temperature with the switching temperature.Taking the actual subway project as an example,this paper uses MATLAB software for numerical calculation,and compares the total annual energy consumption of the ventilation and air conditioning system in the equipment room under different switching temperatures.It is found that there is an optimal switching temperature which can improve the energy utilization efficiency.The optimal switching temperature decreases with the increase of the resistance of the air duct system,the minimum operating frequency of the fan and the refrigeration performance coefficient of the chiller group,and the climatic conditions also affect the optimal switching temperature.The optimal working condition switching temperature in regions with hot summer and warm winter is 14℃,while the optimal working condition switching temperature in regions with hot summer and cold winter is 17℃.The research results can provide an important reference for the energy-saving operation of ventilation and air conditioning system in subway equipment rooms.
