摘　　要：准确全面地编制施工图预算是住宅安装工程顺利实施的关键。文章首先阐述了施工图预算编制原则及必要性,以福建省南平市某项目为例,分析了该住宅安装工程施工图预算编制流程,并以给排水、电气、消防三个分部分项工程为例,研究了各分部分项工程造价经济指标及影响因素,以期优化资源配置,降低成本风险,提高工程项目的经济效益,为相似工程提供理论参考。Accurate and comprehensive compilation of construction drawing budget is the key to the smooth implementation of residential installation engineering.Firstly,this paper expounds the principle and necessity of construction drawing budget compilation.Taking a project in Nanping City,Fujian Province as an example,it analyzes the construction drawing budget compilation process in the residential installation engineering.Taking three sub�division and sub-item engineering of water supply and drainage,electrical and fire protection as an example,it studies the economic indicators and influencing factors of each sub-division and sub-item engineering cost,in order to optimize resource allocation,reduce cost risk,improve engineering economic benefits,and provide theoretical reference for similar engineering.
